Movement written for British living rooms

We are a Folkestone-based team building quiet, equipment-free workout programmes for people who train at home.

Who we are

Lifepurification began in 2019 when our founders — movement coaches based in Kent — noticed how many clients struggled to follow gym-style workouts in small rented flats.

We built a library of bodyweight sessions with furniture-based spatial cues, written in plain English and designed for the realities of UK housing: thin walls, low ceilings, and busy schedules.

Today we operate from 17 The Old High St in Folkestone, supporting members across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland through digital programmes and optional group calls.

Our principles

  • No equipment required — ever
  • Honest session lengths, stated upfront
  • General fitness only — not clinical care
  • Transparent UK pricing inclusive of VAT
  • Respect for neighbours and shared spaces

How we have grown

2019 — Founded in Folkestone

Launched with a single morning programme for compact flats along the Kent coast.

2021 — Midday & evening tracks

Added programmes for remote workers and evening movers, responding to member feedback.

2024 — UK-wide membership

Expanded digital delivery to members across all four nations of the United Kingdom.

We are a fitness education provider, not a medical service. Our coaches do not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment. Please read our Health & Fitness Disclaimer before beginning any programme.
